Welcome & Introduction
The New Plymouth Branch warmly invites you to a special regional event. This is a wonderful opportunity for members and public in our region to meet, learn, and share ideas without having to travel to national conventions. The weekend features insightful speakers from National Office, the Governance Board, Palmerston North, and Wellington Lodges, as well as our local branch. Each presentation will be followed by time for questions and discussion, culminating in a wrap-up panel.

The event is held in a delightful rural setting overlooking the sea with views to Paritutu. Weather permitting, there will be opportunities for short walks during the breaks. Parking is available on site.
Important Information
- Fees: $50 for TS members, $60 for the public. (Optional for speakers).
- Meals: Vegetarian lunches, Saturday dinner, and morning/afternoon teas are provided. Please make your own arrangements for specific dietary needs (a fridge is available).
- Venue Rules: This is a meat, alcohol, and smoke-free event.
